I just finished it. I really liked Little Wing. It was grand and creepy, but ultimately sad. Very well done.

I also liked the angry but effeminate ponce-samurai attitude in the Reign story. Despite your reservations, it gave a nice version of Fantasy Europe if Le Mort de Arthur was supplanted by the Book of Five Rings.

All and all, I do not regret spending the money. It was a good collection.

Good luck with it.

I finished Scary Face this past Saturday and I have to say, "I WANT MORE!" I'm happy with how much of it I didn't just like but really enjoyed.

A friend of mine will be making his purchase shortly and I may have hooked a co-worker (had him read "Ghosts: The Straigh Dope").

I hope the collection is selling like crazy.

I read most of it a few months ago but just didn't get to posting how great it is.

I'm not sure why but the DG story of the cult really stands out. Then there's the UA background goodness. I can never get enough of that.

If I wasn't a college student on the proverbial college student budget, I would be all over that book.

...not literally, of course.

If y'all want more, send stuff in to WordSlave. Honestly, it doesn't have to be polished or even coherent. I may work in Martha's dream last night, about the rotting watermelon with awkwardly moving plucked-chicken wings.
